Lekki mus z mega dawką zdrowia jak najbardziej polecam, posmak
Składniki:
- Makaron Spaghetti
- 1 Awokado
- Czosnek <1 -2 ząbków>
- 3-4 łyżeczki soku z limonki i szczypta startej skórki
- 2 kawałki marynowanej zielonej papryczki jalapeno
- duży pęczek bazylii świeżej
- duży kubek listków młodego szpinaku oliwy extra vergine + do podania
- 3 łyżki tartego sera (Parmezanu lub Grana Padano)
- 50 g sera feta
- orzeszki pinii <garstka>
Pasta with avocado mousse and basil
- 140 grams of pasta (e.g.. spaghetti)
- 1 avocado
- 1/3 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice and a pinch of grated
- 2 - 3 pieces of marinated green jalapeno peppers
- a bunch of (pot) basil
- big cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil + to give
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese (Parmesan or Grana Padano)
- 50 g feta cheese
- pine nuts
Bring the water to a boil. Add
the olive oil and salt, then the spaghetti. Mix peeled and sliced avocado,
garlic, juice and skin of lime, jalapeno pepper, basil leaves (1.3 leaves hang
up), pine nuts,rinsed and drained spinach and extra virgin olive oil, season
with salt and pepper.
Turn on the cold
water and rinse the spaghetti under the water (whilst they are still in the
colander). put back into the pot, add the grated cheese and mix. Add mousse
with avocado and the rest of the basil, gently mix. Serve with freshly ground
black pepper, extra extra virgin olive oil and crumbled feta cheese.
